Become a Mystery Shopper
We are looking for honest and observant people who are capable of writing an online report based on their experience in a typical customer situation. Mystery Shopping is flexible and occasional work. Fluent, written and spoken English is a must. It is also essential that you have a computer and a printer and access to email/internet at HOME.
PAN Research Mystery Shopper Application Process
The Mystery Shopper Application form includes a Sample Evaluation where you are asked to answer a number of questions based on a recent customer experience. Your role as a mystery shopper is to provide an objective and accurate analysis of a customer service experience. Completing this evaluation will assess your suitability to become a PAN mystery shopper, and will help us to recruit you more quickly for suitable mystery shopping jobs.
As a guideline to completing the sample mystery shopping evaluation you can write about any relevant customer experience....suggestions:
- Retail store / Clothes shop
- Mobile Phone [e.g. inquiring about upgrading your mobile phone]
- Electrical Store [Inquiry/buying a new TV / Hi-Fi system]
- Insurance & Banking [getting a motor/home insurance quotation or General bank inquiry]
There is also an Independent Contractor Agreement included which you must read and accept. When you have filled out the Mystery Shopper Application form and read the Independent Contractor Agreement, click on 'Submit Application'.
Once this has been submitted and reviewed by us we will set you up on our PAN Mystery Shopper database. When a suitable assignment emerges you will be contacted by email or you can visit our online Jobs Board. Mystery Shoppers receive detailed Guidelines and full training for every evaluation they conduct. Training is provided over the telephone or face to face.
**** NOTICE: We have recently become aware of a mystery shopping scam in operation as highlighted on Liveline recently. Just to assure all our new shoppers that (1) you do not have to pay to become a PAN mystery shopper and (2) We will NEVER ask you for any money as part of conducting a mystery shopping evaluation. Shoppers get paid an agreed amount for work completed and reimbursed expenses where applicable.****
